Every Summit Display is custom-made with your photo, so we can't accept returns for restocking the way an ordinary store can. Here's what we do instead:

Damaged or defective? We replace it free — no return shipping, no forms. Email us a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery and a replacement goes into production.

Print doesn't match your photo? If we made an error — wrong crop, wrong size, quality below what your photo supported — we reprint it free.

Changed your mind? Because each block is made just for you, we can't refund buyer's remorse on a correctly made block. If your order hasn't gone into production yet (within a few hours of ordering), email us immediately and we'll cancel it for a full refund.

Worried about photo quality? Email us your photo before ordering — we check it free and tell you honestly which sizes it supports.
